William Borchert
President and Founder

Bill has been in the financial services and community banking industries for over 20 years. He has earned national recognition in the bank market as a leader, speaker, and author on executive and director supplemental benefits and BOLI financing strategies. After developing BFS into the leading provider of benefits and BOLI in the Eastern Region, he has expanded BFS throughout the U.S. since 2003. BFS now has 10 Regional Offices (Princeton, NJ; Newport Beach, CA; Salt Lake City, UT; Boston, MA; Minneapolis, MN; Grand Rapids, MI; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX; Denver, CO; and Nashville, TN) and 13 Regional Partners who manage and service the community banks in each specific market region.

John Gianacaci
Senior Vice President

John has been in the financial consulting business for over 15 years and has worked exclusively with community banks and bankers with supplemental benefits and BOLI financings since 1994. John is well known throughout the Eastern Region by community bankers and is a frequent guest speaker at conventions, association meetings, and banking events.

Kevin Killian
Senior Vice President

Kevin joined BFS in 2001 after spending over 20 years as a banker in New Jersey. Kevin has held management positions with several different banking institutions, as CFO and President. Kevin is well known in the Northeast community banking arena and is very active in various banking trade associations.
